With all of your time spent in the gym, are you seeing all the results you should?  Do you follow a program?  Do you record you workout on a regular basis?  The following are two simple tools you can use that will  greatly further your progress:

  1. Always work up to what you have done before,don't let yourself work backwards - always move forward.
  2. By logging what you have done you will know what you need to do.
