Do you watch too much TV?

 

A day spent in front of a TV in your recliner can be worse for you than what you may think.  Studies show that we will eat 71% more food while watching TV than when we are not glued to the toob.  Keep in mind every hour you spend watching TV is an hour you could spend in a gym!

So, climb off your recliners and couches and get your rear in gear!!!
