How to avoid cold and flu season...

 

Nothing is fool proof, but here are the best things that you can do:

-Keep your water intake up (64 ounces daily)

-A good multi-vitamin (don't know how to choose? Call us 231-922-7285!)

-Wash your hands often, especially after workouts

-Keep your hands away from your face

-Most viruses are spread by your hands

-Most important is a healthy nutrition plan along with your workout 3 times a week
