Tired of working out with the same routine? Stuck in a weight loss slump? It may be time to switch things up! If you lift heavy with low reps, change to moderate weight and high reps, and rest shorter in between sets. Use drop sets, up sets, super sets and giant sets. Try something you would not normally do-if your always on the elliptical, go to the stair stepper, treadmill, or EFX. The time for change has come-explore!
